INVESTING IN THE FUTURE
Giving back is one of the most impactful investments in the future of agriculture and rural America. Compeer commits to giving back 1% of our annual net earnings to the communities we serve every year through things like grants, scholarships and larger donations. We support rural America by investing in rural communities and rural business development.
And our team members get in on it too. Compeer annually matches up to $1,000 per team member for their personal donations that align with our mission. Plus, team members recieve paid volunteer leave every year to dedicate time toward their passions.
Here’s how some team members use their volunteer time:
"I’ve been able to use my volunteer leave to spend time in our elementary school – teaching financial literacy through Junior Achievement, chaperoning field trips and being involved in school planning committees. I’m grateful Compeer understands the importance of volunteering and supports community involvement in such a meaningful way!” – Chastity Valvick, Sr Communications Consultant
“As a volunteer fire fighter with our local fire department, United Fire and Rescue, I’m able to utilize my volunteer hours to spend time at our local elementary school teaching the 1st – 4th graders about fire safety. It’s a great benefit to have volunteer time to help my community.” Josh Newton, Director Crop Insurance
