Adam is a certified general appraiser licensed in MN and IA with 15+ years of agriculture and rural appraisal related experience. He achieved his Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) designation in 2014 through the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) and has served of the Board of Directors for the local chapter. He was appointed to the Minnesota Real Estate Appraisal Advisory Board (REAAB) in 2023 and appointed Chair in 2024. His appraisal expertise covers a variety of property types from bare farmland to complex grain or livestock facilities. He has completed appraisals across the upper Midwest including MN, IA, SD, ND and WI.
