Carissa Schultz

Overview & Bio Information

Carissa graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Dairy Science and a Business Certificate. She joined the Farm Credit System in 2013 and obtained her Wisconsin Certified General Appraiser license in 2016. She uses her knowledge and agricultural experience to assist clients with their valuation and real estate needs. Carissa works primarily in northeastern Wisconsin and specializes in a broad range of property types including dairy, grain, irrigated tracts, recreational, rural residential, and transitional. She enjoys working to achieve clients’ appraisal and real estate objectives. Carissa lives in Seymour with her husband Cody and two children.
