Jim Moriarty

Overview & Bio Information

Jim is the Director of Dairy at Compeer Financial. He has over 30 years of experience within the Farm Credit System, with 20 years of lending and leadership experience in the dairy industry. He is committed to working with dairy farm families, helping to identify their strengths, areas of improvement and support strategies to ensure their business success.

 He focuses on understanding client needs and operation size to structure financing solutions targeted to their needs. Jim has worked with dairy producers across the country as producers seek opportunities for growth, and is well connected with key industry influencers in dairy processing, feed, animal health and management support.

Jim receive his bachelor’s degree in agriculture economics and dairy science from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls, and master’s degree in agriculture economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Jim’s hobbies include spending time with family, playing and watching sports and farming corn, soybeans and alfalfa with his dad, brother and nephew.

He and his wife Charlee live in Baldwin, Wis. and have two sons
