NMLS- 1454838Jennifer Layton started her career at Compeer Financial in 2013. She quickly realized the Rural Living Solutions (RLS) department was where she belonged. Her career in RLS began as a loan processor then she later transitioned to the Team Lead of Loan Processing. Here Jennifer gained invaluable knowledge from a mortgage lending standpoint and from a leadership standpoint. Jennifer has a passion for helping others while making personal connections and focusing on making rural housing & recreational land dreams become a reality. Her primary role is to provide unique financial solutions for her neighbors in small towns and rural communities. She understands that putting together the right financing package takes careful planning and consistent effort. At Compeer Financial she assists with purchase and refinance home loans, home equity, construction, land/site loans and recreational land loans. While assuring the best lending experience possible, her goal is to build long-term relationships in a transactional industry.
Jennifer grew up on a cash crop farm growing corn, soybeans, tobacco & wheat which curated her strong and resilient work ethic. She and her husband, Chris, live in Stoughton, WI. Jennifer loves to stay busy and is always willing to share her time with family and friends. She often finds herself on adventures such as hiking, biking, and anything outdoors. She is always on the go, helping on the farm, baking, traveling and playing cribbage. Jennifer might also be spotted at a flea market or a vendor show as she also crafts in her “free” time.
