How do I navigate the Left Panel Menu?

1. Click the Parcels icon if you are interested in finding information on a particular parcel
2. Click Auctions if you want to see what farms are for sale in a particular area
3. Click Layers to view and enable Common Layers such as Counties, Townships, and FEMA Flood Hazards or Base Layers such as Topography or NAIP.

How do I find an Upcoming Auction?

1. Click on the Auction icon on the left menu
2. Markers indicating the date of an auction will populate the map
3. You can enter a County & State in which you are interested in the search bar or browse the map
4. Click on any auction marker to view details about the property for sale
5. Click Request Information
6. Contact Us: Fill out a short contact form and a Compeer Representative will be in contact with you
7. Sign up for Emails: Opt-in to receive email communication about topics that interest you
8. Request Financing: Takes you to Compeer’s Ag Financing Application

How can I search for a Parcel?

By Parcel ID

1. Enter a County, State location in the search bar
2. Click Advanced Search
3. Enter the Parcel ID 
4. Details of the parcel will appear on the left 
5. Click Request Information
6. Contact Us: Fill out a short contact form and a Compeer Representative will be in contact with you
7. Sign up for Emails: Opt-in to receive email communication about topics that interest you
8. Request Financing: Takes you to Compeer’s Ag Financing Application

 
By Owner Name

1. Enter a County, State location in the search bar
2. Click Advanced Search
3. Enter the name of the owner you are searching 
   1. Note: If you search “Smith” you will see a list of parcels owned by entities that contain the name Smith. If you search “Smith Family Farms” you will see a list of parcels owned by Smith Family Farms
4. Click Locate on Map
5. Details of the parcel will appear on the left 
6. Click Request Information
7. Contact Us: Fill out a short contact form and a Compeer Representative will be in contact with you
8. Sign up for Emails: Opt-in to receive email communication about topics that interest you
9. Request Financing: Takes you to Compeer’s Ag Financing Application

By Zooming in on the Map

1. Enter a location in the search bar or simply zoom in on the map to locate the parcel you are after
2. Once located, click on the parcel
3. Details of the parcel will be displayed on the left 
4. Click Request Information
5. Contact Us: Fill out a short contact form and a Compeer Representative will be in contact with you
6. Sign up for Emails: Opt-in to receive email communication about topics that interest you
7. Request Financing: Takes you to Compeer’s Ag Financing Application
